DIGI RCS & RDS is one of the largest telecommunications groups in Romania, with over 10 million customers throughout the country, and the number has been continuously growing for some time now. ANCOM has recently published information on the problems reported to the authorities by clients regarding the use of services provided by telecommunications companies, and DIGI RCS & RDS is placed, surprisingly, in a very good place.

DIGI RCS & RDS was the target of only 11% of all complaints made by Romanians against telecommunications companies, which comes as a very interesting surprise, considering the number of customers. DIGI RCS & RDS managed to place itself with the percentage of complaints below any of the other three large telecommunications companies in Romania, even Telekom, which with the complaints for both divisions placed easily above the DIGI group.

DIGI RCS & RDS has some of the lowest prices in Romania for the services it offers to customers, and according to those from ANCOM, it seems that Romanians really have a good experience. There are quite a few shortcomings in the DIGI RCS & RDS service experience, but it seems that they are small enough to be overlooked by many people, or the customer relations service solves them in a way satisfactorily.

DIGI RCS & RDS has never disclosed the total number of complaints it registers annually from customers, but since they do not complain in large numbers to the authorities, it is clear that most of them are satisfied with what they receive. ANCOM did not disclose the total number of complaints for each telecommunications group separately, so we do not know how many DIGI RCS & RDS registered compared to the other companies, but it is important for the company that the numbers are still lower than in the case of others.

DIGI RCS & RDS allows Romanian customers to report problems either by phone or through its website, and having done a few through the website so far, I can say that the answers and solutions for them came within a few hours of notification.
