Just two days after the Romanian Post announced that it has serious problems with the AWB system, which also allows the verification of parcels by customers, today it says again that there are problems in its use throughout the country, unfortunately.
The Romanian Post managed to solve the problems with the AWB system quite quickly last time, and now the expectations are about the same, and this is because the parcels that are delivered to customers from all over Romania are sorted and identified.

Dear customers,
We would like to inform you that we have recorded a major incident related to accessing the MyAWB application, which affects all postal subunits at the national level, as well as the use of the application by Romanian Post customers.
The company's IT staff is working to remedy the situation as soon as possible.
We will come back with news as soon as everything is working, again, in normal parameters.
