Mayors in Ukraine are starting to become a target for the Russian army, and this is because the second leader of a city was taken by force by Russian soldiers, and now we are talking about the one in Dniprorudne, the authorities in Kiev confirming the fact that he was taken forcibly by the occupation force.
Yevhen Matviiv is the name of the mayor of Dniprorudne who was taken by Russian soldiers, the city being in the Zaporozhye area, and if some sources say that the first mayor was tortured by the Russian army, nothing is known about him for now, and it is hard to say what exactly will be found out about him.
