Russia Moves Part of the Army Near Kiev and Chernihiv

Russia is moving military equipment near Kiev and Chernihiv starting today, the Kremlin saying that it will no longer focus on these areas, but American officials consider that this is only a resettlement of military forces on the ground and by no means a renunciation of military offensives in Ukraine in the next period.

The American authorities say that we should not consider that Russia is doing anything other than moving parts of its army to other areas of Ukraine, probably to focus on Donbas and Luhansk, areas that it has said it wants to fully occupy during the the following weeks and months, but what will happen beyond that is unknown.
