The Minister of Health adopted a series of extremely important new measures for Romania, and officially announced them for the millions of Romanians in the country, and below you can see the important provisions of order 1.328 that he signed, with him in the center narcotic and psychotropic substances used in veterinary medicine.
The Minister of Health has already signed this order, which was published in the Official Gazette, so that it is already applied throughout Romania, so all those who are targeted by it should know what this change entails, and how they should control these substances.
"ORDER no. 1.328/56/2022 for the approval of the Procedure regarding the exercise of the activity of control and supervision of operations with plants, substances and narcotic and psychotropic preparations provided in tables I, II and III of the annex to Law no. 339/2005 on the legal regime of plants, substances and narcotic and psychotropic preparations, which are used in veterinary medicine, the authorization for the storage, marketing and destruction of narcotic and psychotropic preparations used in veterinary medicine, the model of the medical-veterinary prescription form and the way of its use, as well as the list of narcotic and psychotropic preparations used in veterinary medicine.
The Procedure regarding the exercise of the activity of control and supervision of operations with plants, substances and narcotic and psychotropic preparations provided in tables I, II and III of the annex to Law no. 339/2005 regarding the legal regime of plants, substances and narcotic and psychotropic preparations, which are used in veterinary medicine, authorization for the storage, marketing and destruction of narcotic and psychotropic preparations used in veterinary medicine.
The model of the medical-veterinary prescription form and how to use it, as well as the list of narcotic and psychotropic drugs used in veterinary medicine, provided in the annex that is part of this order.
The Ministry of Health, the National Veterinary Sanitary and Food Safety Authority, the county sanitary-veterinary and food safety departments, respectively of the municipality of Bucharest, the Institute for the Control of Biological Products and Medicines for Veterinary Use, as well as the College of Veterinary Medicine carry out the provisions of this order.
This order is published in the Official Gazette of Romania, Part I. The forms with a special regime for veterinary medical prescriptions with a dry stamp that the veterinary medical assistance units have in stock on the date of entry into force of this order will be handed over to the county councils, respectively of the municipality of Bucharest of the College of Veterinarians, within 15 working days from this date."
