However, the coronavirus in Romania entered a phase of a sharp decrease in the number of new cases, something that was of course to be expected, so that until the fall things should remain in a quieter phase, with a reduced number of cases, but a lot also depends on the new BA.4 and BA.5 versions of Omicron.
The WHO has already told us that these variants could be a very serious problem, especially since they were also classified by the ECDC as being variants of concern, some countries in Europe taking similar decisions, so it remains to be seen what exactly it will happen in the following months throughout the country.
