Minister of Health Last Minute Officially Approved Measures Millions of Romanians

The Minister of Health officially signed a last-minute decision with a series of extremely important measures that apply throughout Romania for millions of people, focusing on the way in which the data of Romanians confirmed to be infected with the Coronavirus are reported to doctors family.

The Minister of Health signed order 1.395 of 13.05.2022 for the implementation of the measures below, they will be implemented by STS in the Corona Forms platform, and family doctors will be able to do everything listed below within the order.

"The monitoring sheet includes data fields regarding the identification of the patient, data regarding his health status, data regarding the monitoring session, as well as identification data of the doctor, according to the provisions of annex no. 3 to the Order of the Minister of Health no. 1.513/2020 for the approval of the plans regarding the method of application by the county public health directorates and the municipality of Bucharest, by the National Institute of Public Health, by the health units, as well as by the county ambulance services and the Bucharest-Ilfov Ambulance Service and by family doctors of measures in the field of public health in situations of epidemiological risk of infection with the SARS-CoV-2 virus, with subsequent amendments and additions.

The possibility for the family doctor, including the one with whom he has concluded a replacement agreement/reciprocity agreement, to be able to view the monitoring sheets of the patients on his list from the "Corona-forms" computer application. The possibility of correction/modification by family doctors of the data in the monitoring sheets, until the end of the calendar month in which the monitoring sheets were closed.

The possibility of doctors working in detention centers under the administration of the Ministry of Internal Affairs or the National Penitentiary Administration, as the case may be, to monitor patients infected with the SARS-CoV-2 virus who are in detention/remand or detention , based on the information made available according to art. 3 paragraph (1) lit.

The possibility of exporting data and information regarding the monitoring activity carried out by family doctors, in order to settle it by health insurance companies.

The possibility of auditing the "Corona-forms" computer application with regard to the activity of the users in terms of the monitoring sheets, as well as the possibility of logging the activity of the users in the computer application. Implementation of measures to limit possible frauds regarding patient monitoring activity. Implementation of associated cyber security services.”
