The European Union will provide aid of 9 billion euros to Ukraine due to the war started by Russia, the amount being substantial and necessary for the country to continue its activity in this period when it is attacked by the Russians, and not only on the fronts physically, but also online, as you well know.
The European Union is not even at the first aid of this kind that it provides to Ukraine, and this is because until now it has provided other billions of euros to Ukraine in the form of aid, together with military equipment, but the EU countries have helped also in various forms our neighboring country.
The European Union will continue to help Ukraine as long as it is necessary for it to be able to defend its territories against the Russian invaders, so it is expected that we will see substantial sums sent to the country by the European community as part of this kind of aid.

Polish Prime Minister Mateusz Morawiecki said on June 24 that the EU countries had approved a new tranche of 9 billion euros in aid to Ukraine.
"Ukraine is a state at war, it has no funds to pay for many public services," he said.
