"Congratulations to the Olympic geography teams (junior and senior) for their successful record at the Geography Olympiad for Europe (#EGeo) 2022: 7 medals (including three gold, one silver and three bronze medals).

At the same time, I congratulate the teachers who prepared and supported them both in the training courses and in the educational units where they study, as well as the parents who are with them every day. I appreciate you and am proud of your results, through which you demonstrate that, regardless of the format of the contests, with a physical or online presence (the case of this year's edition), there is continuity in performance!

Congratulations to the Junior Olympic team for their outstanding results at @JBMO – Balkan Junior Mathematics Olympiad, 4 gold medals, two silver medals and XNUMXst place in the national ranking with a team score that sets a new record in the history of the competition! Congratulations are also due to the teachers who prepared and guided them, both in the batch and in school, to the families who support them and to the Romanian school of mathematics, whose value is reconfirmed by this result! I am proud of you! Congratulations everyone!

Congratulations to the Technical University of Cluj-Napoca and the SDC team that represented it at the 19th Annual Undergraduate Seismic Design Competition/Salt Lake City/USA, a prestigious competition in the field of seismic engineering! The results of the Cluj students - 1st place, ahead of some teams from top world universities - are exceptional and honor the higher technical education in Romania, certifying its value once again!

I also congratulate the Technical University of Construction Bucharest, for the 3rd place. Cornell University ranked between the two Romanian universities. After UTCB were ranked the great technical universities of California – Berkeley and San Diego, University of Buffalo, University of British Columbia and many other renowned universities!
