A shocking accident was captured by the surveillance cameras of the highway in the town of Piacenza in Italy, a car hitting with force a special police vehicle that had blocked traffic on the high-speed road and was trying to redirect the traffic to the exit next to it, but a the driver failed to notice the obstacle in the middle of the lanes in time.
