Telekom, one of the largest telecommunications operators in Romania, has almost 4 million customers who use its services, and for them it has an official information that everyone should know about. You probably already know for some time about the fact that Telekom has a special application for iPhone and Android called MyAccount, and through it we can manage the services we benefit from from the company, but not only that.
Telekom published the message below, offering Romanian customers the opportunity to discover a special function in the MyAccount application through which they can request the resolution of any problems. A special section called MyRepair is available in the Telekom MyAccount application at the moment, and thanks to it anyone can quickly call the company's technicians for help to solve any kind of problems they may have.

Telekom has implemented this special functionality for iPhone and Android for some time to allow us to solve both simpler problems and ask for help with complex problems. If we have a simple problem, then the application can help us solve it directly from it, without having to call a Telekom employee to ask for help, but if the situation is more complicated, then we can open support tickets directly from within the application.
Telekom also offers us the possibility to follow the technicians who come to us to solve a problem, so we can see on a map where the technician is before he reaches us. This is a unique function that Telekom offers in the market of telecommunications operators, and so you can know in advance when you can expect the technician at your place to solve the problem that caused you to open the ticket for the disturbance you have.
Telekom distributes its application for free to customers in Romania through the App Store and Google Play Store, and it is advisable not to install it in any other way to avoid the risk of installing applications full of malware.
