The 40 new countries added to the program are: Albania, Andorra, Armenia, Austria, Azerbaijan, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Georgia, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Kazakhstan, Latvia , Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, North Macedonia, Malta, Republic of Moldova, Monaco, Montenegro, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Republic of San Marino, Serbia, Republic of Slovakia, Slovenia, Vatican, Switzerland, Turkey, Ukraine, Belgium, Ireland, Japan , the Netherlands, Norway and Sweden.
In each of these markets, points earned by users can be exchanged for various rewards, such as gift cards. Alternatively, users have the option to donate Microsoft Rewards points to non-profit organizations.
