China and Russia are doing military exercises together during this period when the war in Ukraine continues with significant destruction on both sides, but also a lot of loss of human life, and the relationship between the two countries seems to be getting closer, especially after the more recent US actions.
Russia and China will carry out military exercises between August 30 and September 5, both countries intending to show their military strength at a time when their strength is called into question by the war in Ukraine and the constant visits that American officials keep making to Taiwan during this period.
Apart from Russia and China, troops from India, Belarus, Mongolia and Tajikistan will participate in the exercises, so we are talking about an alliance that involves two countries that together have a quarter of the world's population, plus Russia and other countries that without them would have a geopolitical situation much more complicated now.
Troops from other countries, including India, Belarus, Mongolia, and Tajikistan, are also expected to join Russia's joint military drills.
