The Minister of Defense: Last Minute Announcement, the War waged by Russia with Romania

The Minister of Defense speaks to the Romanians about the war that Russia is currently waging against Romania, not just Ukraine, or the rest of the countries in Central and Eastern Europe, which is considered by the representative of the Romanian Government to be a hybrid war created by Russians.

The Minister of Defense explains below the situations in which various Russian officials appear who accuse Romania of supporting Ukraine with weapons, soldiers, mercenaries, etc., saying that it is not true, and separately from this he also talks about the collaboration with Poland which is one of the most important for the Romanian Army.

"Of course I told you about the 5D war that Russia is currently waging against all the countries of Central and Eastern Europe. A hybrid war started a long time ago, in which from time to time, about once every 30 days, a spokesperson appears who accuses Romania of various things, of supplying weapons, training, or soldiers, mercenaries.

All these are the elements of the hybrid war against Romania and Ukraine, against the international coalition that currently supports the just war that Ukraine has for the defense of its territory. We treat such attempts to manipulate public opinion as such, they are part of Russia's war of manipulation and propaganda.

I am very honored to be in Poland these days at the invitation of my counterpart, Mariusz Błaszczak. The cooperation between Romania and Poland is excellent, and together we will discuss the commitments of continuous development, both bilaterally and at the allied level.

In addition to the official discussions, together with my counterpart Mariusz Blaszczak, I will participate in the opening of the International Exhibition of Defense Techniques (MSPO) in Kielce and together we will commemorate the more than 2.600 Romanian heroes who fell in the First World War and who, today, they sleep their eternal sleep in the cemetery in the town of Łambinowice.

Poland and Romania participate in the Bucharest Nine format initiated in 2014. Meetings take place at different levels (presidents, foreign and defense ministers). B9 activity focuses on issues related to threats to NATO's eastern flank, ways to limit them, and seeking opportunities for cooperation among countries in the region in this regard."
