E-ON, one of the major suppliers of electricity and natural gas, is sending an extremely important piece of information for customers all over Romania at the moment, one that all those who benefit from its services must know, and this is because they want be affected by what happens on September 1.
E-ON talks about the final prices billed to Romanians starting from September 1 for electricity, which is 0.68 LEI/kWh for consumption between 0-100 kWh, and 0.80 LEI/kWh in the case of average monthly consumption of 100,01-300 kWh, but within the limit of 255 kWh, if the average consumption in 2021 was limited to 300 kWh.
In the case of consumption over 300 kWh, those from E-ON Romania apply the calculation formula from paragraph 1 of GEO 27/2022, but only if the price stipulated in the supply contract in force is not lower, because if it is lower, then it will be applied until the contract expires.
E-ON Romania explains very clearly on its website all these details for any of the Romanians who are eager to know more about the prices that will be billed for the electricity they consume in September, they will see the most probably in the invoices issued in October.
Average monthly consumption between 0,00-100 kWh inclusive. The final invoiced price is a maximum of 0,68 lei/kWh (VAT included), based on an average monthly consumption in 2021 between 0,00-100 kWh inclusive.
Average monthly consumption between 100,01-300 kWh. The final invoiced price is a maximum of 0,80 lei/kWh (VAT included), within the limit of a maximum monthly consumption of 255 kWh, for household customers who registered in 2021 an average monthly consumption at the place of consumption between 100,01-300 kWh .
Average monthly consumption over 300 kWh. The final invoiced price is determined according to the formula from art. 5 para. (1)* from GEO no. 27/2022.
