E.ON allows Romanians to update their information regarding the consumption agreement from their customer account on the website, i.e. an annex to the energy supply contract, on the basis of which the amount of the invoice can be calculated if it is not transmitted the index read by the end customer.

According to the information from E.ON Romania, within the MyLine platform information appears regarding the payment that we are going to make based on the consumer agreement that we set on the company's website, so we will know much more clearly what is going to be we pay for an invoice when it is issued.

E.ON Romania offers the possibility to update the consumer agreement both through the MyLine phone application and through the online platform, so that in the end we choose how we want to use this resource to reduce the value of our bills.

Update it whenever you need, directly from your E.ON Myline account. It is the annex to your supply contract that contains the estimated monthly quantities of energy, in kWh or cubic meters.

If you do not provide the self-read index and the meter is not read by the Distribution Operator, we will use it to calculate the estimated bills. While filling it out, you also see the approximate value of the future invoice, in lei, including how the value is calculated, so that you understand all the components included.
