For customers with an average monthly consumption in 2021 of more than 300 kWh, starting with the consumption of July 14, 2022, the final price provided in the contract is applied, only if it is lower than the final price established in accordance with the provisions of article 5, para. 1 GEO 27/2022 The final invoiced price, established according to art. 5 of GEO no. 27/2022, is composed of the following components.

 The procurement component according to the conditions provided for in art. 6 GEO no. 27/2022 – Supply component according to the conditions provided for in art. 4 GEO no. 27/2022 – The components represented by the tariffs regulated according to ANRE regulations for the services provided by the operators of the electricity distribution and transmission networks.

Components represented by VAT, excise duties, the contribution related to the support scheme for the promotion of high-efficiency cogeneration based on the demand for useful thermal energy, the counter value of green certificates related to the system for promoting the production of energy from renewable sources.
