The European Parliament demands an increase in the military assistance that is currently being given to Ukraine, and this is because more help is needed so that the country can continue to face the attacks coming from Russia.

MEPs urge all countries and international organizations to unequivocally condemn the so-called referendums in Ukraine and Russia's attempt to acquire territories by force.
In a resolution passed last week, MEPs say the results of the so-called referendums, held at gunpoint, to annex the regions of Donetsk, Kherson, Luhansk and Zaporizhzhia are "null and void" and call on member states to adopt tough additional sanctions.
They warn that Russia's recent threats to use nuclear weapons are irresponsible and dangerous, calling on member states and international partners to prepare a swift and decisive response should Russia launch a nuclear attack on Ukraine."
