DNSC once again draws the attention of millions of Romanians across the country to the importance of protecting the passwords we use to access various types of accounts of the services we use regularly.
DNSC explains below why it is important not to give up the security of our data, and this is because at any time a malicious actor may appear who wants to take advantage of the carelessness with which we treat our important data.
Always keep your passwords secret and never give them to anyone. Attackers can use this information to access your accounts.
You might think it's okay to share your details with your bank or any organization you trust. However, these companies will never ask for your password or PIN!
If you get a message asking for your password, don't reply.
Share our posts and awareness materials with colleagues, friends and family so they are aware of this scam.
If you have a brick-and-mortar store and your customers also buy your products or services online, you can use those as well. Hang them on a clearly visible wall!
