More precisely, the people from Kaufland tell the Romanians that they have made the decision to offer all customers an extended warranty of up to 3 years for the electrical household products they buy in any store.
Kaufland says that it offers this extended warranty of up to 3 years regardless of the electronic product that it sells, but also regardless of the standard warranty that the respective manufacturer offers for the product that is put up for sale. In Romania, manufacturers have the obligation to offer a 2-year warranty for the electronic products they sell, so if we decide to buy those products from Kaufland, we will benefit from an extra year of warranty.

"Extended warranty for electrical products! We have extended to 3 years the warranty for electrical and household appliances sold, regardless of the standard warranty offered by the manufacturers. In addition, if you change your mind, we take these products back, within 3 months, based on the receipt."
