BRD Romania issued today a warning notice for customers all over Romania, and this is because it wants to bring to the immediate attention of all Romanians the fact that it is going to do a series of maintenance works in the course of the next days, and they will do certain services unavailable in Romania.
BRD Romania says that tonight, between 02:00 and 04:00, and tomorrow night between 02:00 and 04:00, these maintenance works will take place, and they will affect the delivery of push notifications for transactions in our phones, but also the activation of Apple Pay or Google Pay for cards.
According to those from BRD, interbank payments will not be available through the YOU application at night, but also tomorrow night between 22:30 and 00:30, the same being valid including for payments, the balance of the accounts will also remain unchanged during this period within the Romanian bank application.
Finally, BRD also says that between 01:00 and 02:00 tonight and tomorrow, the cards module in the YOU application will not be available to us, so we will not be able to do absolutely anything that we used to do when we needed to to access it, so it's good to be prepared for what will happen.
Between November 18-20, 2022, we are carrying out a maintenance operation on the IT systems. The YOU BRD application will not be available on November 19, 2022, between 02:00 and 04:00, and on November 20, between 02:00 and 04:00.
During these periods, both push notification messages for validating e-commerce transactions and card enrollment in Apple Pay and Google Pay will not be available The instant interbank payment service will be unavailable in the YOU BRD application, between November 18 and 19 2022, in the time interval 22:30 – 00:30, respectively 19 – 20 November 2022, in the time interval 22:30 – 00:30. Also, you won't be able to collect instantly interbank.
In the YOU BRD application, the balance of the account/accounts will not be displayed in real time during the period 18 – 19 November 2022 in the time interval 22:30 – 00:30, respectively 19 – 20 November 2022, in the time interval 22:30 – 00:30 . The "Cards" module in YOU BRD will not be functional on November 19, 2022, between 01:00 - 02:00 and on November 20, 2022, between 01:00 - 02:00.
