BANCA Transilvania has issued a last-minute warning that its customers from all over Romania must know right now, and this is because it brings to their immediate attention the fact that in the course of the next few hours, maintenance work will take place for the services that the bank provides offers to customers.
BANCA Transilvania says that between 23:30 and 07:00 on November 19 and December 20, a series of maintenance works will take place that will prevent the normal use of card services, BT Pay, NeoBT, BT24 Internet Banking and Mobile Banking, BT Ultra, so it's good to be informed.
As you can see below, BANCA Transilvania also has a series of recommendations for customers who will be affected by these maintenance works, and this is because some may find themselves unable to withdraw money from ATMs from all over the country, which of course is not exactly a good situation.
BANCA Transilvania also says that if there are any problems with what will happen during this night, its customer relations services will remain active throughout the period, and we will be able to use them to ask for any kind of help to solve the problems we might encounter.
Banca Transilvania will carry out the annual testing of its IT systems on the night of Saturday to Sunday, November 19/20, between 23.30:7.00 PM and 24:XNUMX AM, which will cause interruptions in the operation of the following BT products and services: cards, BT Pay, NeoBT, BTXNUMX Internet Banking and Mobile Banking, BT Ultra.
