Jens Stoltenberg The MAJOR Request Made for NATO in the Immediate Next Period

Jens Stoltenberg demands an increase in the production of armaments and military equipment within NATO, and this is because the countries within the alliance have exhausted a good part of the stockpiles of weapons they had before the war in Ukraine began, as it also happened in the case of Russia so far.

NATO needs an increase in the production of armaments to be able to help Ukraine in the long term in a way that the countries of the alliance still have the ability to respond to any challenges without worrying about the fact that they do not have enough ammunition, or military equipment, available.

"NATO must boost military production to continue supporting Ukraine. NATO has depleted a significant portion of its stockpiles of weapons and ammunition and should step up production to help Ukraine "in the long term," Stoltenberg told the CBC.

"We must remember that the price we pay is measured in money, and the price Ukraine pays is measured in lives and blood, every day, and it is our obligation to support them," Stoltenberg said.
