The Romanian Post has officially announced a very important decision it has taken for all units in Romania, and this is because it has officially revealed the fact that from this month new state titles can be purchased from anywhere in Romania.
The Romanian Post is once again running the Tezaur program for any Romanian who is interested in taking advantage of what it has to offer, and below you can see information related to the availability of the titles in any of the units in the country.

Starting today, December 5, and until December 16, in rural areas, and December 19, in urban areas, you can purchase government securities from the postal subunits of the Romanian Post.

Tezaur government securities, issued in December 2022, have maturities of 1 and 2 years, annual interest of 7,65% and 7,80% respectively, a nominal value of 1 leu and are in dematerialized form. The interest is annual, payable at the terms specified in the issue prospectus.
Government securities issued under the Tezaur Program are transferable and can be redeemed in advance. An investor can make one or more subscriptions within an issue. Investors have the possibility to cancel subscriptions already made only during the subscription period, by submitting a request.
Natural persons who have reached the age of 18 on the date of subscription are eligible. The income obtained from investing in the savings offer launched by the Ministry of Finance is non-taxable.
