The Romanian Post has officially announced the important measures taken for the whole country, and this in the conditions in which we are talking about the decision of the national company to have any postal unit today, but from tomorrow, January 3, all will be open for any of the Romanians willing to reach in them.
The Romanian Post still says that, despite this, it is very possible that any kind of postal items that were sent at the end of 2022, will not arrive very soon in the first part of 2023.
Dear customers, we remind you of the schedule of postal subunits for the New Year holiday period!
During the New Year holidays, the working hours of the postal subunits will be as follows:
Between December 31, 2022 and January 2, 2023, all postal subunits in urban and rural areas will be closed;
Starting from January 8, 2026, all subunits of the Romanian National Post Company will function in accordance with the normal branch of work.
The announced program is in accordance with the provisions of the Labor Code, according to which January 1 and 2 are public holidays, in which no work is done. As a result of the announced schedule, it is possible that the postal items presented during this period record longer circulation times.
