Volodymyr Zelenski officially confirmed that Poland will deliver tanks to Ukraine, and it is about the Leopard tanks, which Germany refuses to deliver to the invaded country, but things are different in Warsaw, at least for now.
Volodymyr Zelensky also talks about the security of Ukraine and Europe, which depends to a large extent on the outcome of the war against Russia, but the help offered by the West could be extremely important in the end.
"Today, here in Lviv, important news was announced for Ukraine during the Lublin Triangle Summit, our special format with Poland and Lithuania. Poland has decided to supply tanks to Ukraine - I am grateful for this. I thank President Duda, the Government of Poland, all our Polish friends.
Lithuania provides our country with anti-aircraft systems – the weapons we need to protect ourselves from Iranian drones – to protect our energy sector. I thank Gitanas for yet another demonstration of unwavering and principled support for Ukraine – which began even before February 24th and will continue until our victory.
Today, I once again heard this confidence from both Andrzej and Gitanas – we will go all the way together to restore the security of Ukraine and all of Europe, to restore our territorial integrity, to restore peace. Russian aggression must fail – and it will.
