The Netherlands could be one of the countries sending Leopard 2 tanks to Ukraine to help the country fight against Russian forces, and according to information that has emerged today, no less than 18 such tanks could be bought by the country to be sent to Ukraine in the following period.
The Netherlands leased 18 Leopard 2 tanks from Germany, but they would like to buy them to send to Ukraine, which of course would be very helpful, especially since the Netherlands has not yet provided "heavy weapons" to the Ukrainians to supports them in their fight to protect Europe.
