ING Bank Extremely IMPORTANT ALERT Issued to ALL Romanian Customers

ING Bank has issued an extremely important alert that targets absolutely all customers in Romania, but also any Romanians who have bank cards at banks in Romania, and this is because, together with DNSC, it brings to attention the huge danger that currently represents online fraud in the country.

ING Bank explains below the fact that the fraud attempts that were launched at the beginning of the year by hackers against Romanians are based on more complex methods of deceiving people, by using texts in Romanian that are much more elaborate, with fewer mistakes grammatically than until now.

According to those from ING and DNSC, attackers are starting to use much better translations of texts, possibly even tools with artificial intelligence to create emails that appear to be as real as possible, so that people are as easily fooled as possible at the moment, which is an extremely serious problem.

ING wants to help customers from all over Romania to avoid online fraud, and this is because in some cases the money that is stolen cannot be recovered, so it is good to try to protect ourselves, so that we do not end up a victim of hackers who want nothing more than to do us a lot of harm.

Together with the National Directorate of Cyber Security - DNSC, we have issued a warning to all bank card holders. The new fraud attempts since the beginning of the year were based on more elaborate Romanian texts, without grammatical mistakes.

It's a sign that attackers have started using increasingly advanced technology, including artificial intelligence tools. Be vigilant about the messages you receive, check the sender, the sites you visit and never enter your card details on received links.
