BANCA Transilvania has officially announced the merger between BT Leasing and Tiriac Leasing, two of the main companies active on the leasing market in Romania, the first integrating the second together with all operations, and all clients, so that it it now reaches a portfolio of 500 million euros.

According to those from BANCA Transilvania, the assets of the BT Leasing company have reached 2.8 billion LEI, and with a number of 25.000 clients throughout the country, it is quite clear that things should go in a good direction for the company in the next period, which of course will be extremely good news.

BANCA Transilvania is one of the most important financial institutions in Romania at the moment, and the acquisition of Tiriac Leasing is an extremely important move on the leasing services market in Romania, so it remains to be seen how business will evolve for BT Leasing in the future years.

BT Leasing and Țiriac Leasing, top players on the Romanian leasing market, have merged to become one company, BT Leasing. Following the merger, BT Leasing reaches 25.000 customers, 500 million euros in the portfolio, over 2,8 billion lei in assets and almost 250 employees, it will have a presence in 11 showrooms in the country and thus takes a strategic step on Car Market.
