The Minister of Health Officially Presents the IMPORTANT Measures Decided MILLIONS of Romanians

The Minister of Health officially presents the very important measures that have been decided for millions of Romanians throughout the country, and this is because below you can see one of the main projects for the hospitals that will be built, others being published on the institution's Facebook page which he leads.

The Minister of Health also talks about what is happening in the country with the idea of creating pharmacies in rural areas, but also about the way in which it was decided to buy vaccines against the Coronavirus in Romania, the measures being very important for Romanians throughout the country, as you can see.

"An investment of 106 million euros for cardiovascular surgery and heart transplantation in Târgu Mureș! The Minister of Health, university professor Dr. Alexandru Rafila signed the contract at UMFST George Emil Palade, in the presence of local authorities. Investments in new hospitals worth 47 million euros in Alba Iulia! The contract for the new oncology and interventional cardiology building at the Alba Iulia County Emergency Hospital, worth 47 million euros, was signed.

An important step for the medical system in Transylvania The funding of 39 million euros for the construction of a new building dedicated to excellence in neurosurgery at the Cluj-Napoca County Emergency Clinical Hospital was signed by the Minister of Health. We support all local authorities that have a vocation to develop the health system! Together with Emil Radu Moldovan, the president of the Bistrița-Năsăud County Council, the Minister of Health, Prof. Dr. Alexandru Rafila signed the contract worth 83 million euros, for the construction of a new building for the Bistrița County Hospital.

There is currently legislation that apparently limits the opening of pharmacies in rural areas, but the solution is related to the capacity of a pharmacy that serves a small community. We have also discussed over time, including the availability of mobile points to provide such medicines in the rural environment for citizens.

Possibly a kind of mobile pharmacies that on certain fixed days can move to the countryside, but we have to examine this possibility, I think it is important, but the first urgency is to ensure primary care medical services, because without them the prescription of medicines it is more difficult for Romanians to do.

I would like to clarify things (ed. regarding the purchase of vaccines), the EU does not oblige us, we oblige ourselves, that is, I want to tell the truth. We committed ourselves, no one put their hands in our pockets, but in May 2021, some contracts were signed for 2022 and 2023, these contracts were also signed by Romania, but also by other countries from EU. There is a framework contract that I have not seen, being confidential, few people have seen it."
