The Minister of Education made a last-minute announcement with a series of very important information aimed at students from all over Romania, and this is because it brings to the attention of those who are in the 8th grade the results regarding the simulation of the National Assessment, which had place two weeks ago in Romania.

The Minister of Education details below the marks obtained by the students who participated in this simulation, so that the parents, or even the students, have a clear picture of what happened in this simulation, especially that the subjects generated enough discussions between parents.

"According to the calendar approved by the Ministry of Education, today, March 29, the communication of the results obtained by the 2022th grade students who participated in the simulation of the written tests within the National Assessment (school year 2023-XNUMX) took place.

The data centralized by the Ministry of Education on the basis of the reports provided by the county school inspectorates reveal the following situation (percentage of entering grades in the application - 99,9%) on samples and grades: I. Romanian language and literature - grades greater than or equal to 5: 75,3% (70,53% in 2022).

The distribution of grades by tranche (expressed as a percentage) is as follows: 1 – 4,99: 24,7%; 5 – 5,99: 14%; 6 – 6,99: 15,2%; 7 – 7,99: 17,2%; 8 – 8,99: 17,3%; 9 – 9,99: 11,4%; 251 students (0,2%) obtained grade 10. II. Mathematics: marks greater than or equal to 5: 59,2% (60,58% in 2022). The distribution of grades by tranche (expressed as a percentage) is as follows: 1 – 4,99: 40,8%; 5 – 5,99: 18,5%; 6 – 6,99: 13,8%; 7 – 7,99: 10,4%; 8 – 8,99: 9,2%; 9 – 9,99: 6,5%; 1.385 students (0,8%) obtained grade 10.

III. Mother language and literature – marks greater than or equal to 5: 81,7% (82,45% in 2022). The distribution of grades per tranche (expressed as a percentage) is as follows: 1 – 4.99: 18,3%; 5 – 5,99: 12,7%; 6 – 6,99: 18%; 7 – 7,99: 20,9%; 8 – 8,99: 20,6%; 9 – 9,99: 9,3%; 17 students (0,2%) obtained a grade of 10. The grades obtained are not included in the catalog. By way of exception, at the student's written request, these grades can be included in the catalog.

Also, compulsorily, these results will be analyzed at the level of each educational unit through individual discussions with students, debates at class level, meetings with parents, as well as at the level of the teaching council, in order to adopt appropriate measures for each individual situation , the goal being to improve school performance. We remind you that the objectives pursued by organizing the simulations are to familiarize the students with the rigors of a real exam and to optimize the results obtained by the students at the end of their secondary/high school studies."
