The Romanian Post officially announces the very important decisions that were taken by the Romanian Government for millions of Romanians from all over the country, and this is because starting from the next period, even older bills can be paid with energy cards.

Good news for energy card beneficiaries!
Outstanding debts to energy suppliers will be able to be paid from 1 February 2022. The condition is that the bill is issued after 1 January 2023.
The period of use of the first installment, worth 700 lei, was extended until December 27, 2023.
Since the beginning of the program, launched by the Ministry of Investments and European Projects and implemented by the Romanian National Post Company, and until now, more than 2,4 million families have paid their bills through the energy card, the total amount of payments made reaching 541 millions of lei.
