Minister of Health Official Changes LAST TIME Romanians People Must Know

The Minister of Health took an extremely important decision, transformed into an order that was adopted in Romania, and published in the Official Gazette, and this is because it concerns electronic medical prescriptions, the changes being made to annex 2 of the Ministry's order, and CNAS, in chapter II, point I, point 2 letter A, the first indent of subsection X being modified with what you see below.

The Minister of Health also says that point 3 of the same annex will have a new content, as well as point 4, letter i), subsection (ii), everything being thought for the benefit of the millions of Romanians from the whole country who want to benefit from services medical on the basis of electronic prescription, anywhere in the country.

"Number 1, if it is about persons benefiting from special laws that do not appear mentioned separately in the electronic medical prescription form, but which are mentioned separately in art. 224 para. (1) lit. d) from Law no. 95/2006 on health reform, republished, with subsequent amendments and additions, and to art. 4 para. (1) lit. c) from Law no. 56/2020 for recognizing the merits of medical personnel participating in medical actions against COVID-19.

With the subsequent amendments and additions, clearly mentioning the legal act from which it benefits. For these categories of people, the value of the drugs prescribed for the treatment of specific ailments is borne from the single national health social insurance fund, under the conditions of the framework contract and the methodological rules for its application.

PNS - for prescriptions containing DCI from sublist C, section C2, the number of the program/subprogram within the National Curative Program will be indicated: 3 - National Oncology Program, 5 - National Diabetes Program, Drug treatment of patients with diabetes diabetes, 9 – The National Program for Transplantation of Organs, Tissues and Cells of Human Origin (9.7 – Outpatient Post-Transplant Treatment of Transplanted Patients) and some rare diseases included in the National Program for Diagnosis and Treatment of Rare Diseases – 6 – Hemophilia and thalassemia (6.1).

Cystic fibrosis (6.4), degenerative/inflammatory neurological diseases – amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (6.5.2), Prader-Willi syndrome (6.7), Fabry disease (6.8), chronic idiopathic immune thrombocytopenic purpura (6.17), idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis (6.20), Duchenne muscular dystrophy (6.21), hereditary angioedema (6.22), Leber hereditary optic neuropathy (6.23), rare diseases – conditionally included drugs (6.27) for those drugs dispensed through community pharmacies, lymphangioleiomyomatosis (6.28), respectively the program number will be indicated for which the dispensing of drugs in outpatient treatment is done through closed-circuit pharmacies,

According to the provisions of the Government's decision for the approval of national health programs and of the technical rules for the realization of national curative health programs, approved by order of the president of the National Health Insurance House. For the prescriptions that also contain the DCI from sublist C1, related to a category of disease, for any category of adult/child insured, in the "List" column, next to the DCI related to a category of disease, the respective category will be noted (G1 -G31a-i).”
