The Minister of Education has officially announced a series of last-minute changes for students and schools in Romania, and this is because Ligia Deca has decided to sign a new order that imposes in educational units a pilot project for the digitization of assessment for national assessments, but only in certain counties.
The Minister of Education explains below the fact that in Alba, Calarasi, Covasna, Dambovita, Gorj and Satu Mare there will be a digitized evaluation of the works written for the National Evaluation, and Baccalaureate 2023, Ligia Deca explaining below the conditions under which this will be done, and in which educational units.
"The piloting of the digitized assessment of the written papers from the national assessment for the 2022th grade graduates is approved, using the computer application dedicated to the piloting of the digitized assessment of the national exams, in the 2023-XNUMX school year, for candidates registered in the counties of Alba, Călăraşi, Covasna, Dâmbovița, Gorj, Satu Mare.
The piloting of the evaluation of the written papers of the national baccalaureate exam - 2023 is approved, using the IT application dedicated to piloting the digitized evaluation of the national exams in the 2022-2023 school year, for candidates registered in the counties of Alba, Călăraşi, Covasna, Dâmbovița, Gorj, Satu Mare. The method of organizing and carrying out the digitized assessment of written works coming from the counties mentioned in art. 1 and 2.
It is established through procedures developed by the Ministry of Education, within 15 days from the entry into force of this order. For the evaluation of the written works within the piloting of the digitized evaluation in the counties mentioned in para. (1) evaluator teachers can also be appointed from the municipality of Bucharest. Evaluating teachers carry out their activity according to the procedure mentioned in paragraph (1). The payment of teaching staff, assistants with duties regarding the scanning of written papers from the examination centers, and the evaluator teachers from the commissions from the zonal evaluation centers/regional/county centers for resolving appeals organized in the counties mentioned in art. 1 and 2.
As well as the teachers mentioned in art. 3 paragraph (2), as follows. Teaching staff, assistants in the exam center with duties regarding the scanning of written works: 160 lei/day; evaluator teacher in digital format within the national evaluation: 15 lei/corrected work; evaluator teacher in digital format within the national baccalaureate exam – 2023: 19 lei/corrected paper.
For the other categories of teaching staff from the commissions organized in the educational units for the national evaluation of the 4th grade graduates/the commissions from the evaluation centers/the appeals commissions for the national evaluation of the 4.143th grade graduates/the baccalaureate commissions from the centers of exam and from the regional assessment centers, the provisions of annex no. 2023 to the Order of the Minister of Education no. XNUMX/XNUMX*) regarding the approval of the staff payment rules within the commissions appointed in the national competition for the occupation of teaching positions, vacant chairs, reserved for pre-university education."
