The Minister of Education has officially announced a new last-minute regulation, which aims to impose a series of changes, thought by Ligia Deca, for the regime of study documents and school documents managed by Romanian schools in Romanian schools in each year.
The Minister of Education explains below how this regulation is applied, what kind of certificates and study documents will be able to be issued by schools throughout the country for students, but even more than that, so that anyone who is interested can find out the details below , they will be applied after the regulation is adopted.
"We launched in public consultation the draft order for the approval of the Regulation on the regime of study documents and school documents managed by pre-university education units. This draft normative act contains a new model of study document, the Certificate of Linguistic Competence, which is a study document that is issued upon completion of the Romanian language learning course organized for foreigners who have acquired international protection in Romania.
Foreigners who have acquired a right of residence in Romania and citizens of the member states of the European Union, the European Economic Area and citizens of the Swiss Confederation who have guaranteed the right to education. We remind you that, starting this year, the high school graduation diploma will have a QR code containing a unique identifier that will allow confirmation of the authenticity of the study document. This measure is to be extended to all study documents from the 2024-2025 school year.
This regulation ensures the legal framework regarding the management of study documents and a school documents issued in the national pre-university education system. Management involves: receiving, drawing up, canceling, issuing, archiving and discarding documents studies and school documents, as the case may be.
Study documents from the national pre-university education system are official documents of the state, with a special regime, which certifies that the holder has completed a level of education, with or no certification/final exam.
