ENEL Official LAST MINUTE Decisions, Targeting Romanian Customers

ENEL has announced the last-minute official decisions, which target customers in Romania, here are the measures being implemented by the company now.

Official LAST MINUTE ENEL Decisions Target Romanian Customers

ENEL, one of the largest energy groups in Romania which is now part of the PPC Energie company, has published last-minute announcements for customers in Romania, announcing two measures that affect customers. We are talking about the decisions of those from ENEL, which led to the closure of two customer relations centers, and in this situation the customers will be forced to turn to those in other localities in order to solve the problems they are facing.

ENEL says that it has closed the customer relations center in the city of Faget, Timis county, as well as the one in the city of Calugareni, Giurgiu county, so any of the customers who went to these centers to solve problems, must reorient themselves. In none of the cases are there other ENEL stores in the same localities, the customers having to go to nearby localities to solve any kind of problems they might have, which is not exactly pleasant.

ENEL Official LAST MINUTE Decisions, Targeting Romanian Customers

ENEL did not provide clear explanations regarding its decisions to close these centers for customer relations, but considering the fact that the group was taken over by PPC Energie, then it is probably a question of cost reduction. In both situations, those from ENEL say that any of the clients who wanted to talk with the company's employees, will have to use the online services on their website, if they cannot reach one of the localities in the vicinity.

ENEL could take similar decisions including in the case of other customer relations centers in Romania, and this is because if it is a cost reduction campaign, then it is not excluded that the measures will be applied in other localities as well. Considering what we see here, it is possible that the plan of those from ENEL and PPC Energie is to close the customer relations centers only in small towns, where it would not make sense to keep physical points of presence open.

ENEL will publicly announce any other similar decisions it may take for its customers in Romania, so it remains to be seen what other similar measures may be announced in the near future.
