The Minister of Education brings to the attention of millions of Romanians throughout the country an official government decision of the last minute, which people should know about, and this is because Ligia Deca wants to reorganize the Research and Production Institute for the Culture and Industrialization of Sugar Beet and Sweet Substances Buttocks.
The Minister of Education talks below about the fact that Ligia Deca wants to transform it into a research-development unit without legal personality, by ASE from Bucharest, here are the conditions imposed for the Government Decision to be implemented by the authorities from Romania in the following period.
"Based on the provisions of art. 28 of Law no. 45/2009, the Research and Production Institute for the Culture and Industrialization of Sugar Beet and Sweet Substances Fundulea is taken over, as a research-development unit, without legal personality, within the Academy of Economic Studies in Bucharest. As a result of the reorganization of the Research and Production Institute for the Culture and Industrialization of Sugar Beet and Sweet Substances Fundulea, the Development Research Station in Agro-food Economy and the Environment.
It will be financed from own revenues, subsidies from the state budget and from other legally established sources and will function as a unit without legal personality within the Academy of Economic Studies in Bucharest, having its own governing bodies and a heritage affected by the fulfillment of its own mission, according to own organizational regulation.
By Decision of the University Senate of the Academy of Economic Studies in Bucharest no. 194/22.09.2021 regarding the approval of the takeover by the Bucharest Academy of Economic Studies of the Research and Production Institute for the Culture and Industrialization of Sugar Beet and Sweet Substances Fundulea approved the takeover by the Bucharest Academy of Economic Studies of the Research Institute and Production for the Culture and Industrialization of Sugar Beet and Sweet Substances Fundulea.
By Decision of the Board of Directors of the Academy of Economic Studies in Bucharest no. 726/29.11.2023 for the approval of the main attributions of the Research and Production Institute for the Culture and Industrialization of Sugar Beet and Sweet Substances Fundulea with a view to taking over within the ASE and reorganization by Government Decision.
The main duties of the Fundulea Research and Production Institute for the Culture and Industrialization of Sugar Beet and Sweet Substances were approved. This normative act clarifies the legal status of this resort. The objectives of the activity of the Development Research Station in Agro-food Economy and the Environment, established as a result of the reorganization."
