Minister of Education 2 Official Information LAST MOMENT League Deca Education System

The Minister of Education sends 2 last-minute, very important official information regarding the education system, Ligia Deca bringing to the immediate attention of teachers, a call for applications for the Erasmus+ Academies, which is open until June 6, with a total budget of 22.5 million euro.

Below, the Minister of Education brings to the attention of Romanians the kindergarten in Ghiroda, where the Green Week project is implemented, a very important one to help young Romanians understand why it is essential to protect the planet in order to ensure a better future for us, in the context of warming global.

"The European Commission has published the call for applications for the Erasmus+ Academies for teaching staff! It is open until June 6, 2024. The call for the year 2024 will benefit from a total budget of 22,5 million euros, which could cover the financing of 15 projects with a duration of 36 months. The initiative has as its general objective the creation of European partnerships of teacher training providers.

To contribute to the improvement and development of teacher training policies and practices in Europe, as well as to the development of a European and international perspective in their training. This action is supported under the Erasmus+ Excellence Partnerships, managed by the European Education and Culture Executive Agency (EACEA).

At the Secondary School and the Kindergarten in Ghiroda, today was the last day of activities in Green Week. We were greeted by cheerful children happy to show us the place where they learn, and we met a beautiful community with a love for education. Then, not far away, in Giroc, we visited one of the longest-lived schools, documented in the years 1774-1776 – David Voniga Giroc Theoretical High School.

It now has ten building bodies and 118 study formations, but also a body of dedicated professionals. The school has one of the largest numbers of study formations in the country. In both units, the involvement of staff, the support of the authorities and the European funds attracted in a coherent and consistent way transform and develop both the school as a whole and the educational experience.

I am delighted by the determination of both school units to carefully manage not only their community, but especially to create and implement projects aimed at developing it. I sent with all confidence a message in which I believe with all my being: whoever takes care of the school takes care of the future. Thank you, Marilen Gabriel Pirtea and Danielescu Aura, for organizing the visit!"
