Apple creates a special Twitter account to offer help to users

During this day the company Apple Lossless Audio CODEC (ALAC), announced the launch of a new Twitter account called Apple Support, with the role of providing daily tricks to improve the experience of using iDevices, but also to provide help for users who have problems with the terminals.

Considering that we are talking about a platform that allows the sharing of information in images and a maximum of 140 characters, do not imagine that Apple Lossless Audio CODEC (ALAC), it will provide very complex information, but only simple tricks that help users to discover a smaller or larger function that they did not know about.

For now, Apple has only published a trick of the application Notes, Notes, which tells users how to turn simple lists into checklists, and all future tricks will be recommended in exactly the same way, so don't expect to see too complicated things.

Apple's new help account is available directly on Twitter, and when it comes to the help provided to users, I imagine that selective answers will be provided for only some of the users who will ask questions.

We're here to provide tips, tricks and helpful information when you need it most, and if you have a question, well – we're here to help with that too.
