iPhone SE este terminalul iPhone care genereaza cel mai mare grad de satisfactie in randul utilizatorilor de smartphone-uri din SUA, conformunui studiu facut de catre o organizatie numita ACSI. Aceasta a chestionat americanii cu privire la nivelul de satisfactie pe care il obtin de la smartphone-urile folosite, iar iPhone SE a iesit pe primul loc, cu putin in fata concurentei.
Desi iPhone SE ocupa prima pozitie cu 87 de puncte din 100 posibile, pe locul al doilea regasim Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge Plus si iPhone 7 Plus, ambele obtinand cate 86 de puncte in sondaje. Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge, Samsung Galaxy S7 si S7 Edge le urmeaza, iPhone 6 Plus si iPhone 6S Plus combinandu-se cu iPhone 7 pentru a incheia primele 9 pozitii.
In top 10 smartphone-uri care genereaza cel mai mare grad de satisfactie pentru consumator observam ca Apple si Samsung domina fara drept de apel preferintele consumatorilor. In top 17 nu exista vreun smartphone al altui producator de terminale mobile, semn ca in afara de Apple si Samsung restul nu prea conteaza in preferinte decat daca pretul este suficient de mic.
Dintre toate terminalele prezente in acest top, iPhone 6 genereaza cel mai mic grad de satisfactie in randul consumatorilor, el fiind totusi la egal cu Samsung Galaxy S6.
