A tutorial for those who want to customize their Cydia to have it in Romanian.
Step 1
Connect the phone to the computer via the USB cable and open ifunbox (or your favorite utility).
Step 2
Download the Cydia package in Romanian by here and unzip the content in a folder of your choice.
Step 3
Navigate with ifunbox to: var/stash/Applications/Cydia.app where you will copy the folder Romanian.lproj
Step 4
Navigate your phone to: Settings>General>International>Language, choose the Romanian language and that's it. You also have Cydia in Romanian.
