This jailbreak is important for those who need ultrasn0w to unlock. Before looking over this tutorial, check if you have 04.26.xx in Settings>General>About at Modem firmware. If you have 05.11 don't worry, ultrasn0w won't work.
Step 1
Download a custom firmware for iPhone 3GS. I will post two links though I HAVE NOT TESTED THEM AND I AM NOT RESPONSIBLE IF THEY DAMAGE YOUR PHONE! You can look elsewhere or ask someone with a Mac to make one for you using the tutorial this.

Step 2
Connect the phone to the computer and open iTunes.
Step 3
Enter the phone in Recovery Mode using the tutorial this.
Step 4
After the phone is recognized by iTunes, press SHIFT+Click on Restore to choose the downloaded firmware.
After the restore is finished, the phone will either be activated automatically if you have chosen the appropriate firmware, or it will be activated with your card.
Your phone will be jailbreak ready
Step 5
Install ultrasn0w from Cydia.
