New homescreen for iPhone

22136-500 The new concept for the iPhone homescreen created by Teehan&Lax presented some time ago is starting to become a reality thanks to Saurik, by introducing Cydget, a framework specially created to enable the development of widgets that run in the lockscreen. But Cydget is not limited only to the lockscreen, it seems that due to the way it was made, it allows developers to modify the phone's lockscreen as well.

Practically, the new homescreen will be similar to the Calendar list, containing applications and notifications that can be seen by scrolling up and down. But that's not all, the application also allows you to display notifications, for example if you are a Facebook or Twitter fan, you will be able to have a list of notifications about the latest tweets or messages directly on the phone screen, and not only that, you will it also displays missed calls or received messages and of course the last emails from the mailbox.

The new concept sounds very good and I can't wait to see it in action, which could happen next week. Btw, I hope I don't have to mention that it only works with phones jailbreak-look.
