Microsoft launches the Bing application for the iPhone

bing_0284-266x400 It seems that I was terribly mistaken when I said ca Microsoft there will be no rush to launch the application Bing for iPhone because starting yesterday the application became available through the iTunes AppStore. The application brings many of the services offered by Google and the Google Mobile application in the same place to ease the search work of users: image search, business directory, movies, maps and even voice search. The application looks very good from an aesthetic point of view, in the background you will always find a different image (I assume that they change them daily) in which you will have some squares that, from what I have observed, provide information about different historical events that happened in that day.

Enough with the presentation, let's move on to the cruel truth. The application is very badly made, and when I say very badly I am not exaggerating, from the search point of view it is equal to zero, I tried to search for different words with its help, including BING and it gave me an error saying that there are no results for BING, now that can't be right. Every time I connect, it asks me to synchronize its location with the GPS, which is very annoying, those informative squares don't work, when I click on one it tells me that it can't find the link, and the list goes on. All in all a great one FAIL from Microsoft, luckily the application is free, if you are interested you can download it from the AppStore.
