iRealSMS enters by far the category of the best messaging applications for iPhone together with other "big names" such as BiteSMS or QuickSMS. Of course, each of these applications has specific options and details that differentiate it from the others in the same category iRealSMS has its own, the application developers are working hard to offer customers one of the best solutions to cover the gaps left by Apple Lossless Audio CODEC (ALAC), in the native application for SMS.
Version 3.0.1 comes with a fairly consistent list of updates as follows:
- Fixed bug that occurred in "Models / Drafts" caused by a conflict with iPhoneDelivery;
- Fixed a problem with QuickReply that occurred when we went to touch the area between the keyboard and the same QuickReply that caused the disappearance of the keyboard;
- Added some new customization options for how QuickReply;

- Added a new option that allows, in Lockscreen of QuickReply mode running the "slide to unlock";
- Ability to hide the toolbar in the "Conversations" section;
- Improved functionality that lets you take a photo assigned to a contact;
- Added a new system within the application that alerts you if there were new versions of the application.
