QuickOffice Mobile Suite is one of the best apps for iPhone / iPod Touch intended for management the documents on iDevice yours, the application I always use when I need to open documents on iPhone, was updated today to version 3.0 via iTunes.
The application will give you the possibility to create/edit files compatible with Microsoft Word, Excel si PowerPoint in format DOC, DOCX, XLS or XLSX, but it allows you to view on your device: the files saved in the account iDisk MobileMe, Google Docs, DropBox or Box.net ; format files PDF, files made with iWork, etc. QuickOffice Mobile has an integrated option for sharing files via WiFi or if you cannot send them directly by e-mail to the desired contact.
