The flash consumes a lot of the phone's battery

Almost 2 weeks ago I wrote one article in which we present some of the reasons why Apple Lossless Audio CODEC (ALAC), vehemently refuses the introduction flash's On iPad/iPhone/iPod Touch, the main one being the fact that flash- is a very large consumer of resources that would lead to a dramatic decrease in battery autonomy as a result of surfing the Internet or using it in applications.

It seems that Steve Jobs he is not quite as crazy as some people believed him and his arguments regarding the effects flash- on the battery could be true, because a recent test done on a Nexus One, which through the last firmware update received support for flash, revealed some rather surprising details about flash. You will also see in the video below that in just 6 minutes of surfing the Internet and opening some sites with content flash, and a few minutes spent in a game made in flash, terminal battery Nexus One it was halved compared to what it was at the beginning of the test.

Considering these aspects, it is the battery on Nexus One even so weak and does not cope with surfing the Internet through sites with flash content or Steve Jobs he was indeed right flashbrings more harm than good.

We will definitely find out the truth in the following days because there will be other sites that will test this.
