iLogManager 3.1 coming soon to Cydia

iLogManager is an application for iPhone available Cydia with which you can manage the call list as well as the phone's contact book, iLogManager offering a much wider range of options than the native applications in iPhone OS.

A description for iLogManager can be found here, today I will only report the reason why version 3.1 will be released. Apparently version 3.0.1 a iLogManager had a rather big problem such that if your phone book had a consistent number of contacts and a picture for each or many of them, when accessing it the application either blocks and closes or you receive a message warning you that you do not have enough memory available in the phone. The problem is from the way the application was made so that BigBoss changed the image display process in version 3.1 and more than that will release a version of iLogManager 3.1 basic for users of iPhone 2G / 3G which has the option to display images for removed contacts, the full version still has the option, as well as the basic and full versions for iPhone 3GS have the respective option because the owners of iPhone 3GS they did not encounter any problems.

So, if you have iPhone 3GS it is not necessary to update to iLogManager 3.1 unless you have problems, and if you are a user of iPhone 2G / 3G it is recommended to update. Version 3.1 does not contain any other changes other than solving this problem.

Here are the iLogManager features:

  • Manage Call records (allow to add a call record to an existing contact or a new contact).
  • Delete calls, all or one by one or all calls from a contact/number
  • Complete list of calls based on type (All, Dialed, Received and Missed).
  • Allow sending SMS to a contact/number.
  • Group by contact/number : Calls are grouped by contact/number.
  • Information view:
    1. Shows complete list of calls (current day) info a if the "group by contact" option is "on" (this is a new feature).
    2. Displays a detailed information of the contact.
  • Search for a Contact or number in call history.

However, version 3.1 comes with another good news, this time for everyone, iLogManager it will cost $1.99 instead of $2.49 and you can also buy the application from Cydia.
