Ok, iOS 4.0 was officially released and of course semi-secure jailbreak methods appeared, one from the Dev Team and the other from other enthusiastic iPhone/iPod Touch owners, but once you've solved the jailbreak problem comes an even bigger one with Cydia applications which, if they are not 100% compatible with iOS 4.0, can lead to errors and the need to restore and repeat the jailbreak process.
Applications that do not work with iOS 4.0:
- Many of the applications that use mobilesubstrates because the update for mobilesubstrates did not solve all the problems;
- iBlueNova;
- MyWi;

- blacksn0w, only the modified version but now you have ultrasn0w which works 100% with iOS 4.0;

- Wi-Fi Sync;
- BiteSMS;
- BossPrefs;
- MCleaner;
- My3G;
- eMule;
- Ness 3;
- Winterborad.
Cydia bugs
- the list of sources is not always displayed and a refresh must be given to be able to see it;
- nothing appears in the changes section even if you refresh;
- the search function does not work properly;
