iPhone 4 has a 1Ghz processor and 512MB RAM!

Last night the boys from iFixIt got their hands on an iPhone 4 and disassembled it to see what is hidden inside the new iPhone model, and the rumors regarding the hardware components of the iPhone 4 have now been confirmed, the new terminal is indeed equipped with an A4 processor 1Ghz and 512MB RAM.

You already know the rest of the hardware components of the iPhone 4 from what Apple presented to us, but Apple omitted to mention too many details about the battery, so after this disassembly the guys from iFixIt discovered that the iPhone 4 has a battery of 1420 mAh Li-Polymer, slightly larger than the one in the Nexus One which has 1400mAh or the one in the HTC Droid Incredible which has 1300mAh.

Apple managed to include in the new iPhone model what we all wanted: a 1Ghz processor, 512MB RAM, a bigger battery, a better camera and of course a new screen that is much, much better performing than the existing iPhone model 3G/3GS.
